Christmas Tree Lightning Festivities

3:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Members at the Family/Dual level and above are invited to Whitehall to celebrate the arrival of the holiday season with an afternoon of festive traditions. Join us as Henry Flagler’s youngest descendants light the magnificent 16-foot Grand Hall Christmas Tree. Seasonal instrumental music will fill the House, along with a special choir performance and a presentation by the Paris Ballet Company featuring a selection from The Nutcracker. Members will also enjoy holiday refreshments and a special visit from Santa and Mrs. Claus, making this a memorable celebration for Members of all ages.

Holiday Evening Tours

Experience the holiday evening magic of Whitehall and discover the history and traditions of Christmas during the Gilded Age. Along with yuletide carolers and winter refreshments, guests will enjoy an intimate, group experience during a special docent-led tour of the Museum’s first floor. This year brings a special addition to the tour with floral artistry displayed in each historic room inspired by HBO’s Gilded Age. Following the tour, guests may enjoy refreshments and merriment on the Front Portico while making memories together.

Fleurs de Villes Exhibition

Fleurs de Villes: THE GILDED AGE will be on view throughout the Museum from December 18 – 27 and will feature 15 mannequins adorned with thousands of fresh flowers, each inspired by the acclaimed HBO series The Gilded Age. Through extraordinary floral artistry, iconic characters, costumes, and themes are brought to life in stunning installations, creating an immersive experience that celebrates the elegance, ambition, and grandeur of one of history's most captivating eras.
